"MOJ HEROJ" ("MY HERO" in English) IS A STORY ABOUT PEOPLE WHO, THROUGH THEIR BEHAVIOR AND GOOD DEEDS, SET AN EXAMPLE TO OTHERS... This website is dedicated to stories about ordinary people who, through their courage, kindness, perseverance and generosity, successfuly tackled the obstacles life presented, as well as the strange roads of destiny. They have raised the bar that defines virtue and have shown us that, even in this day and age, there are true heroes, even if the media are not interested in reporting about them, even if they don't have PR managers or money making businesses promoting their work. Here you will find poeple of all nations and religions, who have risen above us and show us with their qualities and deeds that being HUMAN the biggest challenge for all of us. They remind us that each of us, in the temple of our soul, must take down the false idols and make room for true values that we have all started to forget. That is why these people deserve to be our, your, MY HERO. |
